I need your help with boxing bros

I've been training for a cuople of months now, nothing too serious, just good fun and a great workout, plus it blends in well with my bodybuilding....

Every summer I run a buisness for 4-5 months so I'll be moving to another city and won't be able to train...

I bought a heavy bag...and I need some ideas on how to train, as in a PROGRAM...seems to me I do everything too chaoticly, if you know what I mean...

    Something like..

    - 1 min jump rope, 1 min rest, repeat 10 times

    - 1 min left jab, 1 min rest, repeat 5 times

....I hope you know what I mean, a plan for a workout just like a bodybuilding program, including stuff like push ups, crunches, bridging and so on...

I could also use some ideas for combinations of punches for me to practice...

Also any websites that offer this kind of knowledge would be great - something like AR for boxing

    Thanks in advance

i'm addicted to bas ruttens audio cd. some people knock it, but if you do it all the way through twice you are damn tired at the end and i know it has improved my handspeed. course, i'm not a bro, but there's my opinion if you want it.

you might wont to do solid skips such as 15 - 20 mins non stop as u can appreciate 1 min skipping isnt going to bennefit you so much...and ide also try to do between 2 - 3 minute rounds on the bags plus your floor routine work wich you could swap and choose as u like.

The problem is having enough time to do all this if your busy man so good luck.

Could you tell me some basic exercises that would improve my footwork, make me lighter on my feet?!

I'm 200 pounds, and a former wrestler, so I can't move too fast...

Just skip and do 65% heart rate running that way you will build up speed and stamina...you foot work will come with the skipping and moving round the bag....shadow box in the mirror for a few rounds and learn to move.

I dont know but 1 min action 1 min rest seems way to under worked to me. I used to do 3 minutes 1 off like it was rounds. I would do this for 12 rounds. Since you are going to be away I would work harder to be honest. You can slip outta shape real easily.
