    Thats is training cd and DVD i got it at home, there is a boxing cd, muay thai cd, mma cd and all round cd, with a dvd that explains what to do.

    Bas yells out some numbers and each number means a different combination of punch, kick, sprall and more.

    You have one side that is 2 minutes with 1 minute rest and the other is 3 minutes rounds with 1 minute rest, each cd has 7 rounds and they will make you sweat.

    Pertty good way to get in great shape and spar.

    Workout can be done on a punching bag, target mits or just shadow boxing.

    i've seen posts and shit my people that have gone to his seminars and say he is cool and funn as shit in real life too.
