Thats is training cd and DVD i got it at home, there is a boxing cd, muay thai cd, mma cd and all round cd, with a dvd that explains what to do.
Bas yells out some numbers and each number means a different combination of punch, kick, sprall and more.
You have one side that is 2 minutes with 1 minute rest and the other is 3 minutes rounds with 1 minute rest, each cd has 7 rounds and they will make you sweat.
Pertty good way to get in great shape and spar.
Workout can be done on a punching bag, target mits or just shadow boxing.
