Thumbs up Simm i have a question for you

    Hey Simm,

You once posted that you did some insane bodyweight workout, think you did once 1100 hindu squats in one workout and the back briding was very impressive to.

Reason i am asking is cause i started doing bootcamp dvds to get back in shape, my osteopath that i go see has been really helpful in getting back in training.

In the bootcamp workout there are a lot of squats, push ups and some back briding not much, you also get to use the elastic bands which dont seem like much but its freaking hard to do all the shoulder work + punching and kicking.

I wanna know did you do this long time? and where you able to shed a lot of bodyfat by doing so?

I am not concerned about cardio cause each time i finish a session i am soak and wet and the heart is pumping like crazy.

I have drop a lot of weight went from 203 to now 180 and want to drop 10 more pounds and lose has much bodyfat % that i can.

    Thanks.

To tell you the truth i eat like crazy when doing the calisthinetics mentioned (squats/hindu pushups/bridging)..Therefore my weight actually goes up by maybe 3-7lbs per month...Use the elastic bands across your back for regular pushups to add resistance..Maybe even jog for 30-40 mins 1x per week if possible..(not necessary tho)! Stick with the squats/pushups and bridging for 3-4 months at 3x per week and add 20-30 squats each session + the same but in time onto the bridging (til you reach 3mins)! Eat lots of clean food and drink plenty of milk too..Stretch after each workout too..If you are injured then just take your time,if not then really go for it!! Best of luck

Thanks, main goal is to really get back in shape, then in September get that membership at the kenpo karate school.

I dont want to gain any weight, been dieting for about 2 months now and manage to finally eliminate most of the damn belly fat, i dont want to put any back on, plus i am lactose intolerent so any dairy will bloat me has hell.

Stick to fish, rice, loads of salad and fruit..You will have less energy for the 1st week or 2 but it will then increase with exercise capacity..Good luck!

    hey Simm,
hindu pushups kill me :| You ever try doing leg raises with a little twist in each direction once your in the air before? They help with stomach strength for arm bars I think they help better than bridging.
