My personal clen experience always left me very gassed when using it. It works wonders for cutting but it leaves u gasping for breath if u do hard cardio or compete in sports.

KAEW44 is so right, clean is good for cutting weight, but leaves you out of breath while doing hard cardio. I would stick to something less hardcore but go on a good diet and hard cardio on the track and wind sprints etc...

20 lbs over a few months is ridiculously easy to do just eat right.

Well 189 so you must wrestle and dont forget they instated the new rule and will be doing hydration tests this year so I would drop down before you even start the season and 20 pounds over a few months is easy as hell. I would cut 10 pounds the day of a match sometimes so just eat clean and up your cardio

clen RUINED my stamina while on it. And no mater how much water or suppliments i took... i got some bad cramping if i sparred more than an hour.

sprints won't help much with dropping weight...more than likely just kill any muscle growth..follow cutting guidelines and you should be good.

I do high intensity cardio, and didn't notice any difference while using 140mcg daily. although I would wait til after cardio to take it.

there is no shape like wrestling shape and nothing but wrestling can prepare you for wrestling
but by the way instead of going 185 this year im going 197 so i am on weight right now

i do all kinds of conditioning....when i can't get to a gym where i can wrestle or spar. but the best piece of training equipment is another human body.

well said about the wrestling... in jiu jitsu we don't go as hard / fast allll the time like wrestlers do so we have to do alternative exercises so we have the explosiveness when we need it, but i totally agree about wrestlers.

when you wrestle youre face to face with someone who wants the same thing you want and will do whatever he needs to be there, just the same as you, theres someone fighting against you, so in this case not only are you fighting with yourself (enduance wise not giving up keep going when youre tired) but also theres another man trying to make you give up and put you on your back

too bad you work every muscle in your body when you wrestle
that will help endurance though
but when you wrestle you get endurance plus work every muscle plus practice teqnique plus become tougher every day

one8nine nailed it - when you wrestle, you work every athletic attribute that wrestling requires - endurance, strength, speed, skill, explosiveness etc.
there are some other things that will help, but so many people in fightsports forget what the core of your training is about.

I am 34 and cant use ephedrine anymore it give me some colon pain IBS.
I tried clen this year and didnt like it at all, i guess that getting the heart palpitations this time around woke me up.
I threw the stuff away.
