    funniest fight ever

    Frank Shamrock vs Bas Rutten.... really old fight but a good watch.

    it doesn't even seem like Frank cares, he just looks like he is screwing around the whole fight. There are two parts to it.

    Great dvd you can order is Bas Rutten career fights, he is awsome, in each fights he tells you what he did wrong and you can learn a lot just by watching.

    Its 3 dvds and well worth the 60$, check out sherdog.com
