i am lucky at my MMA training center i do the following per week:
muay thai x3 (sparring, heavy bags, technical)
power kickboxing x2 (boxing with some kicks, and a lot of cardio)
jiu jitsu x5 (lots of ground work, submissions, takedowns)
boxing (personal training sessions) x1
we have a cage, lots of heavy bags, and a huge area with mats for jiu jitsu
then you throw in all the cardio i do extra for the stamina and endurance... i feel your pain... kick it into overdrive and you will feel awesome!!!!
