    He is the man, I was very impressed, not just because he's a fellow Canadian, but he is so explosive and strong, and it's nice to see a guy who kicks well use those kicks to win in the octagon

    he says he did it mainly when he was a kid but from the article it sounded to me that he mostly does bjj, boxing, and muay thai
