getting back into wrestling, any advice?
Hey guys, I haven't wrestled in 4 years. I was recently asked by one of guys in my fraternity to wrestle for intramurals. So does anybody know of any good weight training program? Conditioning program? I plan on dropping from 175 to 148. But I've got plenty of time to drop the weight. Any advice at all is appreciated!
