    yeah, he has done exclusively private lessons with Rorion for many years. I got my Blue at teh same time he got his black. It seemed almost like it was honorary but you know it wasn't with 14 years of private lessons with teh man himself!!

    If you look on the Gracie Acadamy website, there is a page of official belt holders in Gracie Jiu Jitsu. I've met Ed several times at the acadamy and he's always been really cool. He seemed truly touched and surprised to get his Black Belt. Congrats to Al....errr... Ed!
