Crazy. How good is Lil Nog on the ground? His stand-up is sick. I honestly thought that Nog would have the edge. How does Busta fair in all this? Just way to small? Was Sperry the legend everyone makes him out to be?

Minotoro is very good on the ground. Its just my opinion that Arona is superior. Id be hardpressed to find someone to disagree. Both have said they would be willing to fight if need be. Personally, i think Ricardo takes it.

    Sperry is indeed a legend.
He was everything everyone made him out to be...

His striking was probably what helped Murilo develop his hands. I think Murilo is one of the most underrated fighters ever.

The Chuck fight should have gone to him. As with the Rampage fight. Not to mention the famous headbutt with Hendo. Surely you agree he was robbed in the second fight.

As far as i am concered, hes only lost 3 fights in his pro career with one no contest. His last fight was seriously suspect against Takimoto.

But thats what happens when youre naturally 190lbs and fight guys who walk around at 225 and fight at 205.

Hes my mentor. I love the guy.

I have always been an enormous fan of his. The way he handled Lindland was nothing short of mesmerizing. I agree Henderson won due to a head butt and should have last the decision the other fight. Busta just seesm to rise to the competition but also fall to it as well. I agree that he beat Chuckles as well. Huge fan of his

I dont think hes ever really failed...

He's never been stopped other than the first fight with Hendo.

I just cant say enough about him.

Like i said, one of the most underrated fighters ever. Bad Luck and the fact that he was already past a prime fighting age when he started makin runs for titles.
Hes a legend in my mind.

To anyone that actually understands the sport he is. Sperry is the man but the sport was different when he was breaking thru. Bust has the Henderson mentality that he will fight anyone regardless of weight. That is what makes him great! A lot of bad decisions keep casual fans from realizing how truly great he is/was. Can you imagine GSp fighting Fitch one show then Liddell the next. You can't because that is insane but that is in essence what Busta did.
