You may move on from this part of your life little man. May a constipated camel leave a present in your hope chest.

I think that most of us, as fans, tend to write off fighters after one tough loss and also tend to annoit other fighters after one big win. Rashad is tough and looked great but I don't see him becoming the next Anderson Silva at 205. We are all very lucky to bare witness to a changing of the guard at 205. There are a ton of relevant fighters that can beat each other on any given night. Lyto, Page, Rashad, Forest, Shogun, Cane, Hendo, and Thiago Silva are just a few.

Lets make things interesting and bring back a top notch ground fighter to the 205 class....who wants to see Arona in the mix?

I am also interested to see Bader keep getting better. He is no doubt raw but that division is lacking a great wrestler. Hopefully he gets some good fights under his belt and can make a run at some of the big names

I wouldn't mind seeing him moving up to 205 but I don't think he should get a title shot right away. Thats not fair to other contenders. If he moves up and beats a top 10 fighter than he should get one. But I don't think he will fight for the title because Lyoto is getting very close to a title shot and they have both stated they won't fight each other.

My reasoning behind him getting the title shot right away is, he's an undisputed champion, not just some guy that fights well. He doesnt have too many fights left, might as well see if he can be champ at 205 and let the others that deserve it try to get the belt from him.

for his last light-heavy fight he was training with a weighted vest on, so he'd be weighing more like 230, to simulate the weight of the opponent. i don't think it would be much trouble for him since he just seems so technically sound.
i think he should get a title shot right away, he cleaned out 185, so why should he get punished by having to waste his time moving up the ranks again

finally fighters are starting to make some money. rampage brought home almost $400k including the 60k KO of the night money. nog made 250k for losing, wanderlei make 225k. usually only the top guy makes a quarter millie

^^^^Agreed! If they do it for the Heavys they can do it for the 205'ers. I see no reason why they shouldn't especially with Silva's resume. Its a hell of a lot more interesting than watching him fight Thales. I think Silva vs Page or Evans would be epic. After watching this last batch of fights I feel like Silva would do even better at 205 than a lot of us give him credit for. I think the only trouble he would be in is if he fought a large wrestler with great cardio. Lucky for him Arona is not in the UFC and Tito is injured/out of the UFC/backside of his career.

Why should guys like Lyoto get punished who are undefeated in the UFC ??

Rampage has the One Hitta Quitta power in both hands!
You people saying Rampage is past his prime are out of your minds. If anything he is just entering it. He finally has a good camp and managment, something he never had in Pride. Ibarra made is boxing the best at 205, but neglected pretty much everything else in his arsenal. Rampage will get his belt back sometime this year, bet it on. Dana White said Rampage deserves next shot, but Jackson wants to avenge his loss to Forrest.
That's some brass balls right there.

Rampage is far from done, i picked him over Liddel, the Griffin fight was in the air, and destroyed Silva, hes here to stay

rampage looked great against Henderson on the ground. To say rampage only focused on boxing is not fair and untrue. He has improved jits, strong wrestling, and good hands. It's a matter of getting his head right
