Berto vs. Callazo
I know there are several boxing fans on this forum (mostly us old guys, LOL)! But last nights fight was off da hook!!! Berto and Callazo swung for the fences all night long. I'm impressed with Callazo's chin and the fact that Berto tired early but he kept it up.
I actually had Callazo winning a very close decision but one judge had is 116-111 Berto, even after Berto had a point deducted for holding early in the fight. Sometimes I don't know where they get these judges from.
Berto is definitely an elite fighter. I'm interested how he rebounds from his first real test! Callazo, I feel bad for the guy, he was robbed against Hatton and broke his hand against Mosely. Those are his only significant losses (he did lose very early in his career). The problem is, I think he will become a gateway fighter for that super deep division. I would love to see him against another Puerto Rican fighter, Miguel Cotto. I think Cotto would win, but it would be a brawl.
Looking like a good year for both MMA and boxing. ITS ABOUT TIME!!!

Isn't Margarito fighting Mosely this weekend?

Yep! Who you got? I got Margarito by split decision. I'm a Mosely fan and his skills don't seem to be diminishing like De La Hoya's were. But a fighter can get old quick in the ring. Should be a good fight, considering Margarito demolished Cotto and even though Cotto beat Mosely, I thought Mosely won that fight, he hurt Cotto several times and was never hurt himself.

Margarito definitely. The man doesn't get hurt. The Cotto Mosely fight was good, and I think it went the right way. I like all three fighters.

Magarito is amazing. He is such a little scum with that Mexi-Mullet. I love the way he fights. He never stops coming forward. I think he is going to put the stink on Mosley
