Question for experienced fighters
I know that some fighters will use steroids in training to help their bodies recover quicker, etc, and then taper off before the fight/testing. I'm just curious if anybody feels as though their testosterone levels make a performance difference come fight day. I know that your levels drop low after a cycle and that is why we use PCT, etc to keep what we can and have our bodies bounce back. Still though, for a while the levels will drop. Does this concern anybody on fight day or is it not a big deal.

I dont juice for/around/during fights. If I did, I would be worried. For my fights I do it all naturally. Its because when I fight I want to prove my style is better, not that I am bigger/stronger/faster.
If I were a traditional UFC-type fighter I would be worried. Not being pumped for a fight or risking low T levels will force you to lose your drive during a fight. Thats some scary stuff.

I don't juice but I think that fighters are doing that during their resting period. So for example you're last fight is January 1st. U do a cycle of a month and a half then a month of cleaning then u can fight in April. U're level of T is ok after a month if u do that properly.
Disclaimer: I do not know much about steroids . I've just seen some people do it. The time frame I'm giving might be slightly off. I'm sure u can find some precise facts on some forum of this website.
