I research this topic a lot myself i enjoy regular type body building programs but from what i have seen most of the people who train in martial arts and MMA will do a typical full body workout 2-3 times per week

    Squat/Hack squat
    Bench press/Incline, Decline press
    Military press/ Lateral raise
    Lat Pull down/ Pullups
    Upright row
    Triceps pushdown/Behind the head extensions
    Leg extension/Leg press
    Biceps curl/Concentration curls
    Leg curl/One-legged extensions

There is also cardio work in there because stamina is also very important. Hope this helps, i started doing the full body workout and its quite good.

You can have stamina without strength and win. You cannot win with strength but no stamina.

Every exercise the typical boxer does in a speed/power exercise. the heavybag, padwork, (power and stamina too). Sparring as well,. jump rope speed bag doube end hadow work all improve quickness and stamina relating to boxing. Stamina more important then power. power is important tho and can bridge the gap especially at the pro level

Xavierlafleur summed it up nicely. Coaches care more about speed/stamina than power.
