    First cycle ! MMA fighter

    5'10 160lb 12-13% bf
    Wk 1-10 400mg test-e (mon/ thur)
    Wk 4-12 50mg anavar
*HCG 125iu Wk 4-12 stop 5 days before pct

I am a MMA fighter wanting to go pro in the next year and wanting to add about 10-15lbs of solid lean muscle and drop my fat to the single digits for my walking around weight. I felt this is the best cycle for me. Was recommended to do test prop and winny, but the frequent injections from prop and side effects of winny was to much. I have 50mg X 20 clomid and 10mg X 100 of nolvadex , my question is what dosages should I use for my pct with what I have? Or should I get ahold of some more clomid and do 50/50/50/50 clomid 40/40/20/20 nolva? Thanks

drop the var, not needed for what you want to acheive. Good call on not running winny, it can make your tendons brittle and and with the various strenuous manuevres in MMA training, you can easily injure yourself.

run your test all the way out to week 12 to ensure you get the weight you want, that is all.

^ I felt the var would help out on my fat loss goals plus strength gains are great I've heard, and is good for bridging my cycle into pct.

Stick with dropping the var. Knockout_Power is 100% right.

    Check the stats guys....

    You don't need AAS

If u need AAS to be a pro you will never be a good pro....

    Pro's are Born pro's, AAS make pro's top pro's.

Good post. Ya, bro were trying to help you out. Your height at 160 is not good. It's not a magical shot and you get huge. Most people use aas when they get a good build to build off of. When we tell you you most likely will lose a lot we aren't kidding. Ya sure you'll throw on a few lbs during the cycle but the key is keeping it on after. They way you eat and train I wouldn't be surprised if you lost most of it.

I appreciate yalls concerns, but a lot of y'all don't understand that bodybuilders and athletes are two completly DIFFERENT people. That is why I posted this in the MMA section, I knew I would get flamed otherwise. Let me start by saying that as an MMA fighter I do a shit load of cardio and endurance exercises daily. Hardly any weight lifting, now by my stats you know I am an ectomorph body type , as much exercising I do It is IMPOSSIBLE to achieve the amount of muscle I want without the help of ASS, I will probably stay this size otherwise. This is the one and only cycle I am ever going to run, and figured the best time to do it is before actual competing.

Well it sounds like your not going to listen and just carry on with your plan.

Your post above is BS, If it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to gain LBM then AAS will not help you with your current stats...

Have you tried eating? Seriously what is your daily diet, detailed including full macros per meal?

And no1 runs one cycle LOL. U gain weight on cycle, look and feel better but then loose it all during your PCT because you eat to support a 160lb frame....

You telling me that ur not gonna go back to the AAS to give yourself that look/feeling/performance again... I bet you will!

you do realise that if you put on "X" lbs of lean body mass using anabolics, its not going to stay right? If you can not eat to gain muscle now, you are not going to be able to keep it when you are done cycling.

^^^ this right here shows that you are not going about this the right way. You do realize that there are a good group of guys on this board who do compete in martial arts and MMA, you are not bringing anything new to the table here. Your situation is not unique. You are here cause you dont know the right answer as this is going to be your first cycle. If people are willing to help, maybe you should listen even though its not what you want to hear.

The sad thing is that the stats that baseline mentioned show that the OP is 18 yrs old...then in response he posted back saying we don't understand that a bodybuilder and an MMA athlete are two different animals. Well I do not know how training for MMA protects the HPTA from damage, maybe the idea is that with all the knees to the groin that its a non issue?

Anyway all joking aside, assuming you are the .001% of internet MMA posters who really do have a shot at the big leagues then what the hell is going to happen when Dana gives you a call and says he wants to see you next week and you are in the middle of your cycle? You are aware that AAS is the most common reason for being banned from competition don't you.

Spend a couple more years training and learning about AAS. Then if you do move to the pro's you will have enough information to make an educated guess about AAS usage in MMA.
