    Hi xZ3BY,
To lose 35/45 lbs take small frequent meals instead of having 3 big meals or skipping meals. Drink more water than routine, start drinking 3/4 cups of green tea and avoid beverages and flavored juices. Load up on proteins and do not eliminate fat entirely from your diet plans. Avoid taking meals shortly before going to bed.

well I fought at 170 and walked around at 195 so you don't really have to lose a lot of weight to get in that weight class. if I was you id shoot for 225. go lean on your protein, like chicken or fish. reduce your cal. intake by about 1000 cals. do a lot of circuit training. you should be able to do it pretty easily.

I agree with him, lean proteins, a moderate calorie deficit, and if the need for any supplements, caffeine is my go to. L-Carnatine & yohimbine are also good choices. No need for any kind of anabolics, hard work & a good diet do wonders!

And if you're cutting for a comp, make sure you get LOTS of rest. Cutting weight puts alot of stress on you mentally as well as physically.
