Jaw Surgery, How long of a break should i take from muay thai

So im having jaw surgery(longstory short i need surgery to address my sleep apnea). How long should i wait before i can start seriously sparring again.

Also, could adding some hgh or deca into my cycles help with the recovery time? Or should i let this thing heal naturally.

I would let it heal naturally, and consult your doctor ref when you can start training hard. I would think you can get back into training shortly after surgery, since there's plenty of otherthings you can be training with the exception of getting punched/kicked in the face good luck!
