the 100 was really easy from them today we had some guys went up 2reps again this week and some 0 this week, the ones that didnt go up forgot to use the bp tech so that could have cost them 2reps. i am really leaning toward making some small changes next week, more so just to change it up to keep the guys fresh and i also think during more strength work on tue will help overall. what u guys think.

    tue: 100-200 pushups
    bp max effort
    8in lockout
    weight dips
    rev grip rows
    rear delt raises

    fri: 100-200 pushups
    bp 100reps
    3x20
    front plate raises
    1arm row
    db tri ext

i like it. def want to cahnge it up i would say and depending on the time they have before their testing which last time we spoke was around 6 weeks or so. i would do a good 5 week cycle so they have that week to rest and then bang out some reps.

if u have 4 weeks then yes it would but anyless then i would keep it at the same thing. in my own experiences each time i switched over i went down in everything.

i agree with you 110% thats why im not sure if i should even make the change, bc if you really look at it the pushups i added this week could have cost some guys 1-2reps today. what you think is it worth?

see thats the thing the only way to really make sure is to do teh same thing again to see if its the training or their bodies. but then they lose a week and then you would have to grind out the last few weeks with the same training or a lil critique of it. analogy if you try to lift a huge rock outside ur house after time and time u will be able to lift that rock. i forget the name of what i am trying to say but i am sure u get what i am saying. so constantly changing what u are doing there are going to be lower numbers at first but if its right then they go up. its all trial and error and frankly u dont have much time to flirt with

that is up to you man. personally i would keep it with what you had it at. you have had sucess with it before so if it aint broke then dont fix it. i am sure the reps are staying the same bc you threw a change at them

i think i will make the change, just bc those first couple weeks was sooo hard even if i wanted to add something i couldnt, but now those 100reps are getting really easy that they are able to do extra stuff. like today we did lots of grip work and iso bp hold 2x10secx110%
