Very Interesting... really enjoyed the read, I still haven't posted any pics, I have a contest coming in April 2012, so I am currently bulking, I plan on putting up a journal of my 16 weeks up to the show, I'm in the same boat designing my own contest prep. Thanks for the ideas good work!

Haha, i am 195 to 200 at about 12% still in decent shape...my issue is i have a 3.8mm front rotary calf tendon tear that is keeping me from hard training for over 6 months now, surgery early next year to get it all fixed up...i will try to post a pic soon...and thanks!

I am shocked people still read and comment on this thread, but honored at the same time...i should write a new one as some of my thinking has evolved over last 10 years, cant believe its been 10 years...

If luck is on my side i will be back on stage in 6 weeks...:-)

Funny how that is isn't it? I'm the same. Ten years ago me and current me would probably end up beating each other to death over an argument, lol! And 15yrs ago me, well I wouldn't even argue, I'd just walk right up and punch him in the face.
