    F&$@ing 4th place

    Did my first show and got 4th. My posing is off if I would have posed right I would have won the light heavy weight division. For you new guys doing your first show, you should practice posing 6 weeks out after your training session.

    As for diuretics, use them wisely!!! I weighed in at 193 the night before the show, the next day a weigh ins, I was 186. I still had the biggest chest, back, and arms. My abs were the best also, my posing was off because I didn't practice enough.

    I think you have the best back, and your arms look bigger than any of the others, because of your tris, I think. Definitely higher than 4th in that group. But then again, I'm no bodybuilder.

    Might have do do with it being your first show and all the political shit as well. Some judges around here tend to side more with guys who train at their gym, guys they've seen on stage before, blah blah blah.

    Thank You for the positive feed back. I'm 8 weeks out for my next show, 3 cases beer behind, 20 Chipolte burritoes to go, and 3 more Chinease buffets left. I gotta start getting dialed in on Monday. You have to excuse me, you see my Dairy Queen Blizzard is melting.
