4 1/2 weeks out
Do you think it wise to hit Fina and Winny eveyday until comp.? Also, when do you stop using growth?
I'm 6'3" 255
the show is Nov. 12 Sherman Classic

I would stop growth 2 weeks out...i would take fina and winny upto 5 days out of the show and then go to oral winstrol only...that should limit any chances of holding extra water...good luck...XXL

It's ok, it is stressfull on the liver, but it's been done before and it'll be done again...XXL
