Looking pretty good bro with plenty of time. hope that 45 minutes of cardio is first timing in the morning on an empty stomach

Running? Careful with jogging. Tends to get the heartrate up too high and it can dip into muscle depending on where your glycogen levels are at..

RUNNING!!!!! Bro do not run. running burns muscles also. WALK. if you have access to a treadmill you will want to walk at 2.5 - 3.0 at a incline of 10 - 12. if you do not have access to a treadmill then go out walking at a moderate speed for 1 hour. that will do it. but no running at all.
