hey guys, i guess you heard it first from mike xxl, i got 8th. dissapointed, but still a personal best. i came in hard as usual and 14lbs heavier than last year. its all about progression. next time, i'm loading a day earlier (tuesday) and never dropping my carbs below 200g per day. this shot was taken on sunday, the day after, after eating a large pizza and cheese cake and re-hydrating with 4L of water and diet coke. i was 10lbs heavier, and didn't spill over. i don't have a nutrition expert on my team, i'veClick image for larger version.
