Tai's PreComp HELP ME Thread
ok heres the agenda
stats are as fallows to this date
5'11 (lil under)
285lbs
14% might be a lil under right now
current cycle
TestE 250mg/E3D
TrenA 660mg/ED
Just finished halo at around 75-100mg ED waiting to get blood work done then will probably start on a small drol run to nerf appetite.
Deca200mg/EQ300mg per week for joints
IGF 100-120mcg ED
GH 4iu ED
no slin this go.. just dont feel like it
i have been training for the strong man but due to some people at my gym who are competitive BB'rs saying PL'rs dont have quality muscle and making fun of my fatness i decided to give this red river october show a go.
i actually competed in it 6yrs ago when i was 19 and got my ass handed to me LOL.
about 6 weeks out i will switch to prop/mast/win might keep tren since it does NOT affect my sleep at all, have practically 0 sides w/ it.
diet is as fallows to the most part w/ few variations here and there
morning after cardio
btw times are not exact im a nomad so i could get up at 5:00 or 11:00
breakfast after cardio
10eggwhites
4eggs
1cup oats
meal 2 usualy 2-3hrs later
orange roughy its a FISH for u tards 8oz
some sort of legume or lentil usally 0.5-1.5cups i like lima beans!
1/2cup green beans or broccoli
meal 3 2hrs before lifting usually
6baby carrots i like em
either 10oz porkchops or 10oz turkey breast
1cup oats or 4-6oz yam
pwo shake
40g Whey 20g Dex
pwo meal 30min after shake
1/2 grapefruit for blood pressure and health purposes
6oz yam
8oz porkchop
2eggs if im giong to go str8 to bed if not ommit this
pre bed meal
salmon 6oz
6 eggwhites
maybe some almonds for fiber?
1glass red whine
im trying to transition from strong man type of resistance training to BB type of regiment and i must say I HATE IT LOL
please any info/critiques would be greatly appreciated

Your diet needs refinement for bodybuilding purposes, pre retirement meal, kinds if proteins and carbs specific for leaning up etc. Theres some pretty good examples on this site, try to expand your investigations in these areas for some ideas mate.....

You should lower your Tren to 100mg per day and up your Deca to about 400 to 600 depending on you. personally I go with 600mg. Halo is totally not necessary at this time.. it can be used at the end of the cycle about 2 weeks out of your competition for hardening. anadrol helps with supressing your apetite.
your diet needs to be modified a bit, so remember protein /carbs or protein/fat, never carb/fat together at any time.

Here is a Sample Diet. you will have to modify it for your weight.
Sample Diet:
Note: This is a sample diet for a 200 pound gentleman who is wishing to cut. We can assume his BF to be around 15%. This diet will NOT work for you if those criteria don’t apply to you; however it is easy to customize the below diet to take in account your own statistics. It is the principles that are applicable.. I am not going to post the total amount of calories, only the carb, protein and fat macros for the whole day.
Meal 1:
Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax
Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax
That turns into approximately 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.

yea.. you can do this diet for a while, there are alot of carbs in it.. and drop the carrots.. ( i know you like them)
but as you get closer to the comp, you will really need to change what you are eating..The answer to your every question

that tren dosage is insane...I agree with Ment on the fat/carb issue....Halo is cool the final 7-10 days, but wasted early in contest prep.

Back off your tren dose and you will have money for Camera, and also you will never become a strong man if your kidneys and liver fail....just because you saw higher doses of tren being used does not make it right...that shiat is insane...XXL

we will run test/deca as a back bone through out the endurance training phase and when we hit str training phase we will usually throw in tren w/ a dht oral such as win or drol.

i usually lift 3x a week IronMan Hit right now then goto WSB then to DC then repeeat but i keep tues/thurs open for functional str training.
tues is an explosive training day
i will sprint up (trudge slowly LOL) a 15yrd 40degree hill w/ a 80kg Log, i will fling/hurl a 50lb medicine ball granny style over me shoulder as high as i can, i will do sumo wresting w/ buddy (THAT SHIT IS HARD) and finish w/ 50yrd sprints... i dont do plyometrics anymore due to me weight.
thurs is usually focused primarily on endurance
this includes a subaru (car/stationwagon) that has a ball hitch that i hook up to my 160$harness and pull 80+yrds as str increases i will pull the emergency brake up 1- 2 clicks to add resistance respectively. i will do a farmers carry of 120lb DB's NO WRAPS for as far as i can w/ largest possible strides, i will flip a tracter tire (has weighted cables attatched to the inside so the weight is tripple that of a normal tractor tire-this is due to the fact i kan not afford a 800$ bulldozer tire the pro's use) approx 10 times rest repeat.. takes FOR EVER!!! and if it rains the night before.. well life just sucks then, doesnt it, next i have 2 weighted chains each weighs approx 100lbs i will grab them and drag them as i walk backwards doing intervals of 100yrds this is great for grip str and lower back conditioning- then i will finish w/ jumprope w/ 3minute intervals w/ 1minute rest w/ 5-10sets.
weekends i do yoga/pilates... u may laff but i gurantee i have one of the strongest cores on this forum and a strong core is essential for the log press.
btw im trying to get some pics taken of me diong strong man training hopefully i will get those up .. after this october show
