Hey guys, well, I ended up dialing it in for my show and thought I hti my conditioning pretty good. I posted pics in the memebrs pics section since it gets the most traffic, but I would appreciate it if any of your more experienced competitors could check them out and give me some constructive criticism as far as posing weak points etc...

HEHEHE I am signed in now, just hit me up whenever you are back on buddy. I have to run to the grocery store here in a mintue to buy all my new bulking foods LOL, but I hsould be back here after that eating at my computer like usual. I am eating some eggwhites, oatmeal, protein powder pancakes right now with splenda and sugar free syrup...good stuff.
