I dunno man I'm gonna do it, and I think I can peak well to be honset, its not like I'm on my own...I have a trainer/National BBer to work with, I come to this board because I like all different opinions...Also how can I know my mistakes if I never try? gotta give it a go..I still think I can do well...and when I say do well i don't necessarily mean place well, just look as good as I possibly can...

i looked at ur wheels again there pretty solid for your weight, i assume your competing in the light weight class, ??? in most cases light weight guys are all pretty even in the upper body what normally wins the light weight class or any class for that matter is LEGS and BACK, so make sure you really focus on those two muscle groups.

well IMO quads are your ONLY strong point, the rest of your body seems to seriously be lacking ....but good luck with your prep man..

I would agree that my quads stick out, but I dont' know about lacking...I appreciate the input, but I think there is more to this thing than just size...I feel I have some good symetry and with a proper contest prep I think I can show a good physique...Thats what I gotta find out anyways

Do it for yourself and the experiene.. don't worry if you are at your top shape.. otherwise you'll just keep putting it off year and year. Don't let anyone get you down.. diet down and get your posing in order and have fun.
I'm 3.5wks out from comp, could I have had more size? YES, could I have been waiting longer? Yep.. fuk em.. do it.-B D

Undecided.. if competing is your goal.. do it.
It's the only way you'll ever know if you're 'ready' or not.
What's the worst thing that could happen?

As to your cardio question... It's always the first thing one should add to a prep.
One of the things a friend of mine, a new pro, told me some years back is that the last thign he changes in the diet phase.. is his food intake.
He adjusts his cardio.. his training.. and then his food.
Most times that's the essential equation.
Get cracking.

Thanks Nark, I appreciate everything, I'm gonna give it a shot and see how it goes...BD put it best for me when he said "you can always improve" something, and you can always look better, which I agree, so I just really wanna see how good I can look if I tan, diet, and get ready for this show!

The diet is the key factor which will separate you from any other guy.. just wait until 3-4wks out.. oh yes, it sucks. lol

I'm 3wks out and had a steak yesterday, and extra lean hamburger meat the day before.

I believe it, the part I'm currently struggling with isn't as much the sacrificing of food, its more the fact that I'm still ****ing hungry after all my meals!
