Why not just take in another complex carb lol.. why go through so much trouble for a supplement. Yams work well.

I just got done doing a little research on vitargo and I have read of quite a few guys use it before stepping on stage with good results, sounds like a good product for nutrient transportation!

ok i've been about 5 or 6 days on this stuff. and i love it today was my off day and i had the serving of vitargo and most of my carbs right when i woke up. i felt full and looked fulled all day. im feeling great and i defently recomend this product. today it looked like all my muscle bellies were bulging out even my abs. i love it hope it gets better with time.
