Water weight?

Just a quick question...how much water weight do you guys typically lose? I'm on prop, tren a, t3, and winny, and just added a diuretic in, and in a week i went from 220 to 208......not any smaller, just harder. Let me know.

I've lost 8lbs in 3 days with no diuretic just carb manipulation and no AAS. You were probably holding some extra water from the AAS so dropping that amount of weight is normal if you added a diuretic.

Any particular reason why you did that? Did you just want to see what you looked like dried out?

Yeah, I was like well, how much water am I carrying and how much of it is just BF....it was a lot of water.
