DangerDan 14 Weeks Out
Hey all,
As of yesterday, I am 14 weeks out from my first show. Met with my trainer for the first time yesterday. I am probably starting about 1-2 weeks later than I should have but I think I have time. There is another show is 15-16 weeks that I will switch over to if I absolutely need the extra week or so.
I will be posting pics every few weeks in the members cycle forum: DangerDan's PreComp Test/Tren/Winny . You can get my cycle info there. Currently on Tren -E/Test-E/Winny.
Being as this is my first show, I really have no idea how the diet is going to go but I'm giving it 100%. Like most guys, I hold almost all of my bodyfat around the lower waist and lower back.
Currently working out 5 days a week. I'm starting cardio tomorrow at 30mins 5 days a week, walking-incline on treadmill.
Weak points are going to be upper/mid chest and probably forearms. I am working with a trainer and will be doing exactly what he tells me. We had our first posing session yesterday (after I took these pics) and I can already tell a difference. Here are the 14 weeks out pics.Last edited by Dangerdan; 05-06-2007 at 07:12 AM.

what are ur stats/measurements there man do u know? height weight etc we look like we might be close to similar...

Yeah, I think we're close Haro. I'm 27 years old, almost 6'1 and currently weigh in at about 218. Legs are 27 and 26.5. Arms are 17.5 and 17.25. Calves 16.5. Waist 33. Neck is 18. Chest completely relaxed measures 48. Finally, my girly forearms are 12.75.

same numbers man ur a lil leaner than me and slightly heavier but ur taller older more dense too but not bad at all man good luck with the show!. lol girly forearms u lift with straps?

dude 14 weeks out, to me you actually look pretty lean already!
makes me rethink my own plans at a first show... best of luck; what weight class you shooting for?

You should have no problem hitting your conditioning dead on..you are in good shape for this point.

you look a little fruity to me....LOL man, i am just kidding you look good and you are starting far enough out that you wont lose muscle, hiut cardio hard every morning and on an empty stomach...like the cycle idea's...best of luck bro, hit me up if you need anything...

Thanks Webb. You will be happy to know I ordered a really pretty pair of red posing trunks just this weekend. And by "pretty," I mean super-masculine and tuff looking.
