    GH Pre-Contest

    How far out do you guys normally cut out the GH prior to a show? How much did your look tighten up aterwards?

    if you have been running it for a while then you can go straight thru but if your starting it and still getting some bloat the your going to have to stop it a few weeks before to help get rid of that water
