    cardio on leg day???

    so ive read cardio on leg day is not good.does that just mean post wrkoiut leg day so so am cardio that day is fine??and is the nxt day ok to do cardio after leg day???

    I do moderate cardio after legs and never had a problem.

    You will never notice a problem. But, is that the best way to do it for recovery purposes?

    I do am cardio still, but none post workout on my leg days. Sometimes I will even skip am cardio the next day, depends on how sore I am when I wake up.

    I usually choose something which isn't as brutal on the legs for cardio. I wouldn't do legs then jump on the bike and put it up to max resistance which I would agree with you is disrupting the recovery process. I usually go for something like crosstrainer or brisk walk at moderate intensity.
