Great transformation so far man! What are your current stats?

IMO, one of the most important things to work on daily is posing. Thing go fast hen your on stage. Th more you pose and know how to show off your body, the better. I would also get a few pairs of posing trunks and get comfortable in those.

Have you started competition diet yet?

    Running any compounds?

I haven't started my pre competition diet yet I was gonna start trimming down to 4% around 2 months before the competition, but right now im sitting at 168lbs 7%bf, 5'9' and not really going hard with the gear mainly because im 19 and may or may not do a small test-prop cycle here pretty soon, how often do I need to practice posing?

I would definitely stay away from the gear for several years. You're doing just fine without it. If you do start to have more thoughts on it, read up on the effects of cyclin before your endocrine system has fully developed. You'd be amazed how far you can take your body without it.

I would pose every gym session. Hit poses between sets and go the through the mandatories a couple times after you workouts. Holding the poses can ware you out pretty quick.

Once you start feeling comfortable with the poses try to set up a camera or phone and go through them without being in front of a mirror. It easy to do looking at yourself be cause you can see all your muscles flexes at once. It's easy to forget to flex your legs when doing upper body poses and not looking in a mirror.

I remember stepping out on stage for mandatories and as soon as I hit a pose, the next one was already being called. By the time I was backstage, I barley remembered what happened. It was a huge blur.

First time on stage is both nerve wracking and thrilling at the same time.

    Good luck!

Without seeing your legs or back its really hard to give an accurate assessment or feedback in regards to your physique.
