Legs not my best part I can't do any squats or leg press everything else for legs I can do because I have a lumbar sprain I got from dead lifting too much about 1.5 years ago

I feel your pain. Did something similar doing deads years ago when I was young and dumb. Not as young anymore but sometimes still dumb, lol! Anyway, after it healed I rarely did dead lifts from the floor anymore, now and then I would but preferred rack pulls. Some would/will argue that from the floor is better because of the hamstring work you get, but I prefer to train hamstrings when I'm training hamstrings.
Good luck on your diet. You have a good solid amount of muscle on you and should do well as long as you stay committed to your prep. By the way, how old are you?

dis2224 you have to be complete and do legs and bring them up its all about as complete package I have a partial tear in my tri but I work around it squat light and really contract the muscle just my opinion but looks like you are on the way to compete

You need to fix your back before worrying about competing, since it is holding back your leg development.
