If you are going to cycle then time on plus pct equals time off. No more than 2 cycles each year

Is it ok to enter the 3 range since my first was a trial with only test prop 400mg/wk for 6weeks. N now I'm on week 4 of a bulk with sus250 n dbol . Will need to do a cut cycle after this. What do u suggest? 30yrs 200lbs bf14%. 6ft. Thanks so much

You can call it "trial cycle" or "light cycle" but that does not change the fact that you are negatively affecting your hypothalamus axis and will need recovery.

make sure to do complete blood work to verify everything is still good before you start again, better be safe than sorry

To be fair you should do pct even if you only do a 5 week course and defo have an off cycle i recently heard of some guys talking about a bridging cycle which seemed madness as you effectively never come off just have a mega low dose for your "off" idiots

Technically speaking with steroids - longer does not necessarily mean better. So the effectiveness of the product will actually go down in term of absorption in the body. Depending on your goals with training I.e bodybuilding, powerlifting etc should determine steroid use .
A rule of thumb you can trust is how ever long you are on, you should stay off.
