    Legs lagging

Have been able to increase my leg mass this last year however they are lacking size. I want to be able to increase mass as quick as possible. I am looking to optimize the leg mass in as little time as necessary. Any recommendations?

    Squats, squats, squats.

At least 2-3 times a week, go heavy, add 2.5 kg every time, follow 5x5 training plan

    Squats like FQ320 is saying.

But dont forget to deadlift, you dont want strong legs with weak lower back...

I do leg day twice a week. The first leg day which is normally Monday (because all the bros are doing chest) has a primary focus on the quads. On Thursday I still squat however I will start the routine off with Romanian dead-lifts or leg curls. Oh, before I forget. If need be don't be afraid to start with calfs if you need it. I have been blessed with a good pair of calfs that cause the illusion that my legs are way better then they actually are.

Is there any specific foot position? I have been placing my feet at 45 angle and it appears to be adding the width from the front.

I like to switch up my foot position and do different variations of the squat. If you are really lagging behind on your legs as cheesy as it sounds I would recommend Cory Gregory's squat everyday program. I feel that the program really helped me master the squat and develop my technique. The program entails squatting every day for 4 weeks doing different variations of the squat. The program is based off the "Bulgarian method" and the techniques that John Broz teaches at his gym. Of course it won't turn you into Pat Mendez in four weeks but it definitely will help you become more comfortable squatting.

For every positive there is a negative. When I completed this program I really tried to give it my all and found that although my squat became stronger and my legs grew at a ridiculously fast pace my other lifts started to decrees. It should be noted that after I finished my four weeks I reverted back to a more traditional program.

Absolutely do. Especially if you can handle decent weight while doing so....

Been doing this for years. Mainly to prioritize calfs that I lack , secondly I cannot do anything after killing the quads

    x2

I only need 2 exercises to kill my quads. Squat heavy and high reps, drop setting last set. Leg extension, heavy 15-12 reps, drop set last one till you cant stand the burning pain in quads, then doing 5 more reps with that burning pain. Cant even climb stairs afterwards

Always allow 3 hours of digestion before you try something like this.
