your carrying some good mass for 16 yrs old but you still have some work to do if youve only got 4 weeks i would hit the cardio hard core start woking on a darker tan and cut back some carbs but other then that you have a good foundation to build on good luck.

You've come to the right place if you want some serious advice. It's true, you have a good base for your age, but you do have some baby fat to lose. Hit the bike like young'un says. Although that maybe to much to lose in the 4 weeks if you want to keep your weight high enough. Where is the comp? It looks like your from Texas. Any truth to that.
Personal opion - don't scratch out the face if your gonna post some pics, it makes you look like dork. Be proud of yourself if your gonna post some pics.
Good luck at the show!

Good luck with comp kid. You might need to invest in a posing video to help you get your manditory poses down. Other than that, listen to these other guys and hit up some cardio. It will be a learning experience but your young and have plenty of good years to add some serious mass to that bod.
stay pumped kid
