Questions about "Sticky Diet" above
Ok, I've got my diet down and it seems to have been approved by Daman and Swole, so I just have a few questions about macros in my meals. For instance, in a protein/fat meal, it's almost impossible to have 0 carbs in it, b/c of little trace carbs that can add up. So, my question is, how many carbs can you get away with in a Pro/Fat meal, and how much fat can you get away with in a Carb/Pro Meal. My diet is for cutting, and I'm 6'5, 245.
Also, if I'm eating 4-5 meals a day that are Fat/Pro, how many of these should consist of Flax? Is it OK to have a salad with Fat-Full Ranch dressing and cheese, or Cheddar Cheese on an omelette, or should I be strict as hell and have flax as the fat source in all of my meals. THanks

You'll be fine eating a few carbs with your pro/fat meals.... just don't overdo it. When we say don't mix fats with carbs, we mean don't mix them in large ammounts. Don't have a meal with 30g of carbs and 15g of fat. That is insane. However, if your going to have a protein shake w/ let's say 3g carb and then some flax, the 3g of carbs from the protein shake are not going to hurt you. And in your Pro/Carb meals, keep the fat as low as possible. I usually don't go over 3-4g of fat in a pro/carb meal.

That freakin' sticky is also "lost" with the board issues as of late.
When you click it, nada there!
If it's not fixed soon, we can always re-post and re-stick.
Gotta love stickies!

Well, one of your questions was answered by LeanmeOUt, but as for the flax Q...
Dressing and cheese are saturated fats. They aren't the same as EFA's. I would say 3 of your meals should be rich in EFA to get you to your fat macro.
