flavoured glutamine......

i just bought some flavoured glutamine but now im having second thoughts.

7.5g

l glutamine 5000mg
glutamine peptides 500mg
glycine 500mg
d pinitol 24mg
suclarose 6mg (this is where im wiery)
mucuna pruriens 100mg

what do you guys think. is it ok. Also should i still take 10g of this glutamine daily.

If it's true sucralose you are okay (Splenda). Is it that or suclarose as you listed?

10G is more than fine IMHO.

Glutamine has very little taste at all.I see no reason at all to pay extra hard earned dollars for flavored Glutamine.These sup companies will do,any say anything to get ppl to buy thier products.Instead of banning PH products,they should stop these companies from putting out sooo much poor(and often lies)information in all these glossy mags.

the guy at gnc told me its splenda. But the bottle says suclarose????is it the same thing? The thing i was having second thoughts on was taking this flavoured kind because of the fear of artificial flavours and sugars. I cant stand the taste of plain glutamine. It taste like chalk to me. this new one is fruit punch and its only a few more dollars then the plain one anyway. To each his own i guess.

It really isn't a big deal. I think glutamine tastes horrible, myself, but I still shove it down. I'm not paying 10 extra dollars for pink splenda- because that's the only difference.
