Thread: Oatmeal Sucks!?

Havent read through the suggestions so this might be a repeat. But try this
8-10 egg whites
50grams of oatmeal
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
a ****load of cinnamoon and some fructose if you want it sweeter.
Put it all in a blender then put it in the microwave on medium effect for 4-5 minutes. Dont let it get to dry then its like eating ****ing rubber. Just so its kind of chunky and fluid.
Add some sugarfree strawberry jam.
This sounds disgusting but it tastes pretty good and is a real good breakfast. Zero fat, lots of good carbs and protein. I use it as breakfast and ppwo meal after slin shots.

While bulking, I always use 3/4 cup oats, 3/4 cup soy milk, and 1 packet splenda microwaved for 2 mins 30 sec. It's deeeelicious.
Macros:
12g pro
48g carb
8g fat
I'd never mix fats/carbs while cutting though. When I'm cutting, it's just 1 cup brown rice for breakfast carb.

Scoop of Banana Protein, teaspoon vanillla, and a Squirt of non fat butter butter makes my morning go nice. Couple of fresh strawberries never hurt either.
