FastFood Alternatives
Hey Guys:
I know sometimes I just don't have time to make food, or even eat healthy, and I must resort to eating fast food. I was wondering if u guys had any health fast food items u like to eat that really weren't too bad for you. Also if you can post the nutritional facts, u can get it from the restaurants site.
Thanks.

Well you can find your own nutritional facts, but I would have to say you cant go wrong with salads.

McDonalds Breakfast
2 x Egg McMuffins - bacon, - cheese
Large Water
450 Calories
15 g fat
5 g sat fat
23 g protein
I will usually drink a myoplex then eat this when I have slept in for work or a class, when I don't have time to make eggwhites, oatmeal, and fruit. By no means exceptionally healthy, but a good alternative I think.

Yeah, I was looking for suggestions on bulking, or maintance diets, not cutting diets. I'm pretty sure any cutting diet that comes within ten feet of a fast food restaurant is done for!

Most fast food restaurants are going with the chicken salad and I would think that is a good alternative. In additions to that, many Fast food places are selling hamburgers with out the bun. However, you have to be careful because even though you are receiving fewer carbohydrates you are still going to be eating many saturated fats. Nevertheless, what the hell do I know I’m Fat, and love all those saturated fats, and carbs…chill cheese fries all the way baby!

About chicken salads.
many ch.salads(i`m not saying all, even without dressings) include oliver oil right.. does anyone know how much.. i think is more than 3 tbls (45g of fat)!! so a chi.salad is little ticky here.. right???
If i have to go with fast food i have 2 chick.burgers without the bun just the meat (pro/fat meal).

It goes without saying that Home-cooked is the way to go for training diets.
IF you must eat out, here are some of my favorite options.
Egg McMuffins - No Cheese (see above)
Taco Bell Grilled Stuft Chicken Burrito(No Baja Sauce)
Taco Bell Bean Burrito (I get mine with "green" salsa)
Taco Bell Soft Chicken Tacos (no sour cream)
Wendy's 1/4lb single with NO Ketchup or Mayo
Also, Chipotle/ Qdoba NAKED Chicken Burrito with Black Beans and Salsa
(Naked means NO TORTILLA, served on a plate)
I'm not saying these are 100% healthy, but they are far better than the average fast food fare.
NEVER EAT ANOTHER FRY AS LONG AS YOU LIVE. I gave them up years ago, and haven't looked back... they are as empty as you can get.

I used to work at McDonalds, and the eggs that are in the egg mcmuffins and snausage mcmuffins are real eggs. As opposed to the biscuit sammiches which are "PWE liquid egg product" (peewee for short). If you go in when its not busy and/or you know the dude working in grill, you could ask him to only use the white from the egg and no cheese, extra Canadian bacon. MMM BITCH!

Literally EVERY fast food location now has a low carb menu.
VERY easy to eat on the go now.
