wats alright for salad
hey guys i want to have a salad once a day with one of my prot/fat meals
wats good to put in the salad was thinking mybe this
lettice
tamotoe
green peppers
would that be fine

as long as were not talking about alot of the peppers or tomatoe then i dont see a prob

yeah. as mentioned, not too many tomatoes. green peppers are ok, red and yellow ones have quite a bit of sugar though. try things like different lettuces, herbs, rocket, watercress, mushrooms, celery. Also throw in some nuts or healthy nut oil as a nice alternative to olive oil all the time

I'm bulking right now and for my pro/fat meals I always have a salad w/ chopped eggs (w/ yolk) and sunflower seeds.
