im 220
20 yrs old
20 % bf
first cycle of winstrol dept
1 cc eod

how many calories should i be eating?
what should my intake be?
what kind of diet should i take?

Well, at least it's good you are here to get your diet in order, as that HAS to come first before gear.

It's funny to me how people know how many cc's/mgs/etc. of gear to take daily, but have no clue as to how to eat, the most important aspect of all.

Check the cutting sticky atop the diet forum. Create an outline based on that information, present it here in it's entirety, and the guys/gals here will help you out.

Not only do you need to research diet more.... but you need to research AAS more. Winny alone is not an ideal cycle....

just to give you more insight winnie is not going to do **** for you bro.. diet all the way.. oh yeah if you do run winnie run test with it too so you wont get shutdown. oh **** one more thing, it needs to be ran ed not eod at 50mg

If you do research AAS, you will know that results rely upon a solid diet.

What the hell good is it gonna do you to take gear and eat ****? What kind of progress would you expect...alot of people seem to think that if you take gear that it does it all for you...This is bull****, diet and lifting along with gear is the winning combination.

I do not use gear personally and i know this, although i might try a cycle of DNP in the near future after a bit more research because i am not putting anything into my body if i do not know the facts about it.

Sad too, my guess is it's just another case of someone looking for a "freebie" as if it were that easy.

Yet they can easily attain gear.
