holding water diet or cardio...
Hi can someone hold water from doing cardio my diet is pretty clean and it seems like everytime i start doing cardio say step for 30min a day i end up holding more water especially in my face and as soon as drop the cardio i loose the water...is this possible?

Cardio / 1-2 gallons of water a day should do the trick, and remember to keep your sodium level @ a fair ammount. If you restrict sodium trying to lose the water weight, your body will most likely retain water due to the lack of sodium

Yeah, because if anything cardio would force you to LOSE water.
