Any place for milk PWO?
I know the milk issue has been flogged to death recently but I just wanted to check something.
Does the sugar in milk (lactose) do anything for muscle glycogen or is it like fructose and serve another purpose?
The reason I ask is because I have eliminated milk from my diet except for my PWO shake in the belief that it might be OK then, if not then its gone, so whaddya reckon guys?

There are better options PWO, i.e. dextrose. Bottom line, you will be shortchanging yourself if you forego whey and dextrose PWO.

I can quite easily cut the milk out altogether but if there is no harm in it I would leave it in PWO as a little treat.
