How much cardio is moderately active?
When cutting, if i do an hour of cardio, 5-7 days a week, is this moderately active (according to the cutting sticky)...just trying to figure out where i fall.
ill be lifting for 45 minutes, 5 days a week as well...i guess this should be included

I would go with very active because you are doing 2 a-days.

go woith very active and if you feel u need to lower kcal then do so. .always better to start with higher kcal count IMO

I'd consider cardio 5-7 days per wee very active. You might want to keep it ot 5 so you give you body some time to rest--away from the gym and away from any cardio. Remember: we grow as we rest. Don't overtrain.

thanks for the input, that will make a big difference in my total cals and i see the logic in starting with the most and adjusting accordingly...good deal
