protein and carb %'s
i've read somewhere that you need 60% carbs, 25% protein, and 15% fat in your diet...does this sound right? i've heard from many people that you need 1 gram of protein for every pound that you weigh...if this is true i would have to consume HUGE amounts of carbs to get these %'s to work. i use complex carb powder in my protein shakes, is this a good way to get carbs?
