Bulking Diet question...
wasup yall.... i've been bulking for a little over a month and gained 15lbs on the first couple of weeks and that was it... BUT what is really manking me open this thread is that it feels like my belly is growing foward.. lol... this is the first time i diet right and i realy wanted to know what happens on the process of bulking.... Anyway... im 23 years old, 164 lbs and my diet is based on 3700 cal. Can anyone explain me if its normal or not to have the belly growing like that or not? ( i can post a couple of pics of before and after if helps)

By belly do you mean you are getting fat?
That's not what bulking should be, no.

Morning 5:30 - Corn based cereal and 40g of protein shake.

Mid afternoon 3:30 - some beef jerky (+ or - 25g protein)
Mid afternoon 2nd meal - pasta or something else to give me some energy
workout 6:00 - apple and creatine during workout
evening 7:30 - some fruits, protein shake (60g)
Dinner 8:30 - chiken breast and rice ( sometimes with beans)
before bed around 10:30 - nitro tech night time (25g protein)
