Night time nutrition
Just wondering what most of you have before you go to bed? Do you go to bed empty stomach or have something prior to bed time? I am thinking some slow releasing protein (WPC), and maybe some fish oil. Sound good?

Yeah...low fat cottage cheese is good. The casein makes it digest slowly so you fight off catabolism for longer.

I eat a can of tuna, straight out of the can, it is good for you but bad for the love life. LOL
