cheese
im having a peice of grilled chicket with cheese for a pro/fat meal..
is this good? its a big peice of chicken.
also.....i know kraft singles are ****ty processed crap, but its all ive had around for the past few days before i go shopping again.
is this 'ok' to use for my fat source?

For my diet it most certainly is.
4% grilled w/some cheese is a staple of mine.

Cheese is ok for mutants like SC, he's not human, the rest of us normal people cannot partake of such products as they are poisonous.

It's "poisonous" for me b/c I'm lactose intolerant. I still eat it sometimes to piss off my roomate...

cheese can fit into a diet depending on your needs...me personally i like some swiss in my egg white omelets, or some breadless chicken parm with some mozzarella. just make sure you take in enough EFA's to balance out the old lipid profile.
