    First meal after cardio?

    Just curious why a person would favor a Pro/Carb meal as the first meal after cardio, rather than a Pro/fat meal?

    Are there any benefits or advantages in doing this when cutting?

    I am just trying to understand why one type of meal pro/fat or pro/carb would be preferred over the other when cutting?

    Or as long as you wait 30-60mins after cardio, does it even matter?

    It would have to do more-so w/preference and/or what the rest of the said person's dietary protocol contained.

    Exactly, sometimes it just boils down to what is best for you personally. I have used pro/carb in the past but feel i get better results from a pro/fat meal...
